Terms & Conditions

Shipping: Shipping time will depend on Australia Post and destination, a tracking number will be provided to follow the progress.

Please note:
Orders can take between 7-10 working days to process, as all sand art are custom made. However we endeavour to complete your order as soon as possible. If you need it by a certain date please add it to the comments, as reasonable as possible we will try our best to get it out by then.

Product Care:  Your Amazing Sands art comes with careful care instructions (inside a ‘Care Kit Envelope’ PLEASE KEEP) and further information can also be found on our website in the ‘Frequently Asked Questions’ page.  Amazing Sands will not be responsible for any damage caused or breakage from not following the instructions or the mistreatment of the moving sand art. 

Your moving sand art should always be treated with care to maximise the life, remember they are made with glass, and should ALWAYS BE HANDLED BY AN ADULT.

Damage in Transit: Amazing Sands is not responsible for any damage caused during shipping, all sand art is carefully checked before sending, packaged with a lot of protection to ensure your order arrives safely, once it is with the shipping organisation it becomes their responsibility.

Australia Post requires the receiver to make any claims if they receive a damaged item, they may ask for photos and the original packaging to evaluate. Australia Post will covers up to a maximum of $100, therefore we highly recommend taking out insurance (extra cover) for items over $100 to cover full cost of item if there is any damage during transit.

Refunds & Returns:  If you have not received the product as per your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your sand art. After this time no refunds or returns will be accepted.

Change of Mind: All our sand art are custom & hand made, therefore we cannot be responsible if you have changed your mind.

If you ordered the wrong one by mistake, please contact us immediately, as they are custom made, once the sand art has been made and dispatched we can not issue a refund, however we can exchange it, you will need to contact us within 48 hours of receiving your sand art. The product must be returned in the original package and in the same conditions as received, once we have received and assessed the conditions of the product we will then dispatch the exchange, all shipping cost will be at the responsibility of the customer.

*Please Note: sometimes there is a minimal difference in the size of the frames due to changes in timber supplies, as to in sand colours, which may vary slightly to to material supplies.
